Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Unit-Instruments UFC-1665C UFC1665C 3%H2/N25SLM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Us-Motor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Electrical parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Us-Unimount product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Motor such as the 6021EA10A247R062M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G90526B01N manufactured by Us-Electrical and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Electrical systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S650A by Manufacturer Us-Unimount as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Uson Brand 406B3X02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vacon such as PC01896B equipment made by Vacon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vacon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vacon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available F4024BS made by United-Electric as well as the popular TSE003548 original spares produced by Universal-Instrument

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 14605221300 by Us-Elevator and PC01896B spares by Vacon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 750E59 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Uticor.
